Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 product innovation roadmap using trend analysis, market research, and technological forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into actionable product specifications and prototypes
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neurointerfaces, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors with data-driven insights on market opportunities
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry labs for R&D collaboration
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 product launches
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in product strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at tech companies
- Proven experience developing multi-year product roadmaps for emerging technologies
