Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning systems to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts affecting 2026 markets
- Create predictive models using AI-driven scenario planning and quantitative trend analysis
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders and innovation teams
- Produce high-impact trend reports and visualizations translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed foresight into product development and go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Data Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in AI/ML forecasting, blockchain ecosystems, and biotech convergence
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling capabilities with executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications (portfolio required)
