Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce comprehensive trend analyses and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation initiatives with future market demands
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech strategy
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology impact analyses
