Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Partner with venture capital team to identify disruptive startup acquisitions
- Build and mentor a high-performing futurist innovation team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready products
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published author or speaker at top-tier innovation conferences (e.g., TED, Singularity)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data visualization expertise
- Experience leading global teams across cultural and technological boundaries
