Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ technology trend analysis frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map future market landscapes and customer behaviors
- Produce strategic whitepapers and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipelines and track progress against future-state goals
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Experience with Delphi method and cross-impact matrix analysis
