- Build predictive models using machine learning and qualitative research methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications read by C-suite executives and policymakers
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining cross-functional partnerships with R&D and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong command of statistical modeling tools (Python/R) and qualitative research techniques
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year predictive accuracy on major technological shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
