Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight reports
- Design and implement scenario planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-oriented initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to access cutting-edge research
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented future strategies
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning Innovatech as a futurist authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (portfolio required)
