Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in disruptive environments
- Lead strategic workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our industry trajectory
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product development roadmaps
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Build quantitative models to assess future ROI of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership in future studies or innovation domains
