- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers to capture emerging signals

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology assessment methodologies
