- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Present strategic futures briefings to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Design innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track strategic adoption metrics
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Mentor cross-functional teams on futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience with Delphi method, STEEP analysis, and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
