Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate-tech adaptation
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ innovation budgets
