Responsibilities
- Scan global technology, social, and economic signals to identify disruptive forces affecting our 2026+ landscape
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present future trend briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation strategists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience building and managing innovation labs or R&D incubators
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
