- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Design and maintain a future-state impact assessment framework for all strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptive strategy
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies role
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and emerging technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
