Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, bio-convergence) and translate them into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-based forecasts for 2026+ market landscapes, technology adoption curves, and societal shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product roadmaps and organizational strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
