Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology and societal foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic concepts for market entry
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to co-create next-generation solutions
- Present compelling innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and boards with data-driven recommendations
- Oversee the implementation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) into core business operations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology R&D with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable energy) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) or equivalent preferred
- Experience building and managing innovation ecosystems and startup partnerships
