Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends and disruptors relevant to 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and technological trajectories
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of sociotechnical shifts and their implications for industry transformation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders and investors through data-driven storytelling

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, spatial computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong background in behavioral economics and human-centered design principles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
