Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts by 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic innovation frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience, space commercialization, and neurotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-ready strategies into organizational DNA
- Curate and host high-impact foresight summits with industry pioneers and academic thought leaders
- Drive prototype development for next-gen human-machine interfaces and decentralized systems
- Author white papers and thought leadership on the future of work and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or policies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-proofing initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations
