Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to create 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop innovation roadmaps and scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present executive-level briefings on future risks and opportunities
- Oversee research initiatives using predictive analytics and horizon scanning methodologies
- Champion a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis tools
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable strategies
