Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into strategic roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, white papers, and executive briefings
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
- Present findings to stakeholders and influence product development, marketing, and investment decisions
- Monitor global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) and assess their business implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategic planning, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex insights into actionable strategies
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data visualization and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects with measurable business impact
