Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year foresight initiatives, identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic scenario plans to executive leadership, quantifying potential market impacts and opportunities
- Architect innovation frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Chair cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops with global R&D teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Advise on organizational resilience strategies for climate adaptation and workforce transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating complex trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
- Published author in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
