Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead scenario planning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Manage a $5M innovation budget across 3-5 flagship projects
- Establish industry partnerships for technology scouting and IP acquisition
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Technology, Economics, or related field
- Published research on emerging tech trends (e.g., ACM, IEEE)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Expertise in futures methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi studies)
- Track record of commercializing at least 2 breakthrough innovations
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
