Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
