Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead client workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify strategic partnership opportunities
- Present executive briefings on disruption risks and transformation roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, MFML) preferred
