Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps for clients focusing on 2026+ market readiness
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Author high-impact foresight reports and whitepapers published in industry journals
- Design and prototype future-facing solutions using human-centered design methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to boards of directors and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate R&D with demonstrated 2026+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trend Hunter)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
