Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with quantifiable KPIs and implementation timelines
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused product strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business cases and investor presentations
- Oversee the FutureVision incubation program for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
