Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work and human-machine collaboration
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and digital sovereignty
- Advise executive team on long-term innovation investments and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, tech consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, quantum)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or policies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/CFP or WFS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
