Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications across multiple sectors
- Exceptional skills in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks like Delphi method or Technology Roadmapping
