- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and government innovation councils
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies by 2026
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Published thought leadership on 2026 technological tipping points
- Experience with quantum computing or neurotech commercialization
- Security clearance preferred for government innovation projects
