Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of delivering foresight insights to executive leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
