As a key member of our Foresight Division, you'll decode emerging trends, model future scenarios, and architect innovative solutions for industries poised for disruption. This role demands intellectual curiosity, strategic acumen, and the ability to translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development and business strategy
- Produce executive-level foresight reports with data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Expertise in quantitative modeling tools (Python, R, or similar) and qualitative research
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Published research or thought leadership in futures/innovation fields
