Responsibilities
- Lead multi-dimensional trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop probabilistic scenario models for 2026 market disruptions using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks to identify early innovation signals
- Translate complex futures into executive-level strategic recommendations with quantified impact assessments
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
- Author quarterly futures briefs and annual strategic foresight whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and cross-functional innovation teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic analysis, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing scenario planning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent
