- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into commercial roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and scenario modeling platforms
