Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future-proof business models and revenue streams
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on geopolitical, economic, and technological disruptors
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-thinking into corporate DNA and KPIs
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and industry conferences
- Mentor innovation teams in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year future roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes and exponential growth patterns
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
