Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map 2026 technology adoption curves and societal impacts
- Develop predictive models for industry disruption scenarios using AI-driven analytics
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on exponential technologies
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and other future-focused institutions
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on 10-year innovation roadmaps and risk mitigation
- Curate annual 'FutureForward' summit featuring global thought leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools: Delphi method, causal layered analysis, STEEP modeling
- Deep expertise in at least two: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology strategy
- Certification in Applied Foresight (ACF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 accurate predictions
