- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Champion organizational agility by embedding foresight methodologies into product development cycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategic plans in tech or consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
