Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using advanced data analytics and scenario modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate adaptation)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact briefings for executive decision-makers and investor relations
- Establish innovation metrics to track foresight program ROI and market adaptation velocity
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into R&D pipeline opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) or equivalent
