Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop sophisticated scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Produce executive foresight reports and immersive trend briefings for C-suite decision-makers
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with global innovation teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced data analytics and AI-driven forecasting
- Represent the firm at global forums (World Economic Davos, TechCrunch Disrupt) as a thought leader in future studies
- Mentor junior futurists while pioneering novel methodologies in strategic foresight and technology assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenarios for enterprise clients
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting methods (Delphi, cross-impact analysis) and qualitative trend research
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated success in translating complex trends into compelling narratives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
