- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategic analysts
- Integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related field
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Strong background in AI, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant field
