Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Analyze disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for market evolution and regulatory landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on long-term technological or societal trends
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing C-level decisions
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, etc.)
- Track record of implementing future-strategy into actionable business plans
