Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce executive-level reports on emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech) and market implications
- Oversee the development of proprietary predictive models for industry transformation pathways
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish thought leadership through published research, conference keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies including Delphi studies, STEEP analysis, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIF preferred) and published research portfolio
