- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders to prepare for market shifts
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry conferences
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or thought leadership in top-tier journals
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
