Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable future scenarios
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Design adaptive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and thought leaders
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum computing, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Experience leading global teams in cross-cultural innovation environments
