Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Conduct primary research on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI) and societal megatrends
- Author quarterly trend reports and scenario planning documents for Fortune 500 clients
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present future outlooks at international conferences and executive summits
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term vision frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience working with C-suite executives across multiple industries
