Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and risk assessments for high-impact innovations
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize R&D investments in exponential technologies
- Present visionary roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of strategic foresight initiatives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and disruptor landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and foresight software (e.g., Trendscope, Palantir)
