- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Lead innovation sprints focused on 5-10 year horizon technologies
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
