Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 global foresight strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and ethical AI frameworks
- Produce executive-ready trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for board-level decisions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging tech incubators
- Drive innovation sprints translating future concepts into MVP products and services
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists using advanced predictive analytics tools
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record translating futuristic concepts into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and disruption modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, TrendWatching)
- Experience with quantum computing simulations and biotech convergence projects
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-oriented initiatives delivered
