Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Architect scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and sustainable urban development
- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and quantum computing teams
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight with proven impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Advanced certification in scenario planning from WFS or APF
- Fluency in at least two future-critical languages (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend-accuracy rate >85%
