Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across biotech, quantum computing, and AI convergence domains
- Develop predictive models for societal and technological shifts through 2030
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab and World Economic Forum
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureCraft methodology
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published research in peer-reviewed foresight journals (e.g., Futures)
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like STEEP analysis
- Proficiency in AI trend forecasting platforms (e.g., Trendalyzer)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation grants from NSF or DARPA
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
