Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future thinking into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish and maintain relationships with innovation ecosystems, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations translating complex futures into clear opportunities
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies and future-ready capabilities
- Anticipate and evaluate disruptive threats across markets, technologies, and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
