- Develop predictive models using big data and machine learning for scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Produce high-impact whitepapers and presentations for executive leadership
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism publications
- Experience managing budgets for R&D and innovation initiatives
